When should security be planned on a new commercial build?
At design stage, before walls and ceilings close. That is when camera positions, door hardware, conduit and data are cheapest and neatest to install.
Do you work on multi-tenant buildings?
Yes. We design access control so the body corporate controls common areas while each tenant manages their own staff and doors.
