Student accommodation runs on credentials.
Purpose-built student housing sees hundreds of residents move in and out each year. Physical keys do not survive that. Card or mobile credentials can be issued at check-in, cancelled at check-out and restricted to a resident's own building, floor and room.
Shared areas such as study rooms, laundries and bike stores can be opened to residents only, with CCTV on entries and common spaces for incidents that do happen.
Accommodation systems
- Card or mobile credentials per resident
- Building, floor and common area access
- Video intercom for visitors and deliveries
- CCTV on entries, car parks and bike stores
- Bulk enrolment at semester start
Offices and the town centre.
Professional offices and retail around the town centre need straightforward, reliable systems. We install access control, intruder alarms and CCTV sized to the tenancy, with remote management so a practice manager can update access without a site visit. Systems are documented for the next tenant.
For offices and retail
- Door access with staff schedules
- Monitored intruder alarms
- Shopfront and car park CCTV
- Data cabling for fit-outs
Common questions.
Can access be cancelled the day a student moves out?
Yes. Credentials are managed in software, so access can be revoked immediately without changing locks.
Do you work on buildings near the university?
Yes. We work on commercial, retail and accommodation buildings throughout Sippy Downs and the surrounding area.
Can a small office manage its own access?
Yes. We set up remote management so you can add or remove staff and change schedules yourself.
