Salt air shortens the life of light-duty hardware. Within a few kilometres of the beach we specify marine-grade housings, stainless fixings and sealed connections, and we keep cable joints out of the weather. Cameras that face east or west get wide dynamic range so morning and afternoon glare does not wash out the picture.
Inland, at Kunda Park, Yandina or Meridan Plains, the problem is usually size. Large hardstand yards, roller doors and perimeter fences need the right mix of fixed, PTZ and licence plate cameras, not more of the same.

Many Coast businesses run more than one location. We build on Hikvision or Axis cameras with Nx Witness, so a manager can see the Coolum yard and the Caloundra West depot from one screen, with consistent retention and user permissions.
For construction and land development where there is no power yet, we install off-grid solar and battery camera systems that relocate as stages progress.

Yes. Within salt-spray range we use marine-grade housings, stainless brackets and sealed terminations so the system lasts.
Can you cover a construction site in Caloundra South with no power?
Yes. Off-grid solar and battery units provide monitored coverage and can be moved as each stage is handed over.
