Beachfront homes face open access from the dunes and beach tracks. Elevated homes behind them are often reached by long stairs or steep driveways, with visitors arriving out of sight of the house.
We treat these differently. On the beachfront, the boundary and outdoor living areas come first. Up the hill, the priority is knowing who is at the gate before they reach the door.

When you are home, you do not need a notification every time the gardener arrives. When you are away, you want to know about anything unusual. We set up modes and schedules so the system behaves differently in each case, all from one app.
We also look at the network. Elevated homes with concrete floors and several levels often have weak Wi-Fi in the rooms that matter. Cameras, intercoms and locks are only as reliable as the network behind them, so we design and cable it properly from the start.
