Peregian homes range from renovated beach houses to new architectural builds. In both, we keep equipment small and colour-matched, and run cabling out of sight. Nothing should look like a commercial site.
Before handover we walk you through the app, set your preferred alerts and agree who should be called if the monitoring centre cannot reach you. Afterwards, adjustments to users, schedules and detection zones can be made remotely, so changes rarely need a visit.

Can I let a tradesperson in while I am in Brisbane?
Yes. Send a time-limited code or unlock remotely after seeing them on the intercom.
Will I know if the power or internet drops?
Yes. We set up notifications for mains failure and loss of connection, with battery backup on key equipment.
Is this suitable for a holiday rental?
Yes. Guest codes can be set per booking, with cameras limited to external areas.
