Offices and fit-outs.
New commercial space in Southport, Robina and Varsity Lakes is usually handed over as a shell, then fitted out for each tenant. We coordinate with the fit-out builder from design through to handover, planning outlets for workstations, meeting rooms, wireless access points, screens and security devices.
Every link is tested and labelled, and the tenant receives as-built drawings and test reports they can use for future changes.
Fit-out deliverables
- Cat6 and Cat6A cabling
- Comms racks and patch panels
- Wireless access point outlets
- AV and meeting room points
- Test results and as-built drawings
Towers and warehouses.
In strata towers, the backbone runs through risers between floors and to the main comms room. Cameras, intercoms and access control on every level depend on it. We run fibre in the riser and tidy the communications rooms so services can be traced and maintained.
Large warehouses at Yatala and Stapylton often exceed copper distances. We use fibre between the office, dispatch and gatehouse, and wireless point-to-point links where trenching across a busy yard is impractical.
Larger site scope
- Fibre risers in multi-storey buildings
- Backbones across warehouse complexes
- Outdoor and underground cable
- Wireless links to gatehouses
- Security and CCTV network points
- Rack rebuilds and documentation
Common questions.
Can you cable a new tenancy before the lease start?
Yes. We work to the fit-out programme so cabling is tested and ready when the tenant moves in.
Do you run fibre in strata risers?
Yes. We install and terminate fibre backbones in risers and tidy existing comms rooms.
Can you link a gatehouse without trenching?
A wireless point-to-point link often carries data and camera traffic without disturbing the yard.
